The Briefs and Some Action on Friday, 10.15 @ Lit
Woo-Hoo!!! The Briefs and local modsters, Some Action return to NYC.
Saw them at The Knitting Factory early in the summer and they both rocked the house. The Briefs shaking some of that late 70's punk/new wave vibe are easily one of the funnest bands around. With 3 albums and a Best Of under their belt, it's a balls out, boobs out, whatever out, set of bombastic fun.

Now, I had heard about Some Action, but was not prepared for the blast
of Small Faces-ish rock-boogie-shake-roll that they threw onto the crowd. They got and that's all I need to say. Go now. They will be playing at Lit Lounge, 93 2nd Ave. between 5th and 6th St.
