Newsie8200 over at Kos, has some great ideas/tips, how we can all get to work and stop the idiotic Republican Idea to kill Social Security. We cannot let this battle go unfought. It is ours to win. Stop licking your post election wounds and get to work. I will be posting on this topic and also gathering other pertinent links that will inform and arm you for this battle. We lost the battle on Iraq, but the American people trust us with Domestic policy, remember the election year polls. To be honest, this battle is more about National Security than the eerily facist monikered Homeland Security, etc... Let's quit the whining and bring the battle to the Congress. GWB, the freepers(now named little pee-pants), Wall Street Brokerages, and the screaming heads of right wing radio/tv/columnists, want to take it to the people. Well folks, let's get our message together and take the battle to them in the streets. The little pee-pants wingers don't have the truth. We have their own numbers to fight them with. We have their own words to fight them with. This is not a wash because the little pee-pants are shouting that the sky is falling. This is folks retirement security that we are talking about and they will listen. Their pocketbooks are hurting right now and it is only going to get worse for them, so they need to know that this is one program that works. Remind them of the dot com crash and the market crash after 9/11. This is our doomsday scenario.
